Sun Protection

First things first, a day at the beach will be no fun at all if you end up getting sunburnt!  So, the number one accessory that you need to take with you to the beach is sun protection.  And, sun protection doesn’t only mean sunscreen – a good pair of sunglasses will also help to prevent the sun’s harsh UV rays from damaging your eyes and the skin around them. The style of sunglasses you choose doesn’t really matter as they’re all pretty good at blocking UV light.  However, if you want to fully block the sun, consider getting a pair of oversized glasses.  A big, colorful floppy hat will also protect your head, although a baseball cap is another option if you want to go for a more relaxed, sporty look.
