Real Moms Love To Eat

I must be a Real Mom then, because I LOVE to eat!

Eating is my downside in life. It is what gets me into trouble – sugar, chocolate, fried. My favorites. Struggling with my weight is always something I’ve had to deal with, but as a mom it has become even harder. I don’t have time to make it a priority. Or that is my excuse anyway.

Beth Aldrich wrote Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food, Lose Weight and Feel Fabulous.
Sounds right up my alley!

About: the book is broken down in three sections, which include a fun and easy-to-follow 10-part plan for moms to implement to make gradual, life-long changes in their approach to food and 21 days of meal suggestions, tips, recipes and lifestyle changes.

Beth knows what it is like to be a busy mom. It is unrealistic of us to spend hours in the kitchen every night! Between planning, shopping, preparing, cooking, and cleaning, the amount of time we spend with food is a lot! I would love to have guide to teach me how to make things easier ~ and fun!

Let’s Grill Out With S’mores! Giveaway!

The Official Dessert of Tailgating!

For more than 80 years, Americans have gathered to enjoy S’mores, a classic treat made with the perfect combination of Hershey®’s Milk Chocolate, Kraft Jet-Puffed®Marshmallows, and Honey-Maid® Graham Crackers. Now, it’s easier than ever to make S’mores part of your tailgate by grilling them up on game day and following the easy

build it, wrap it, grill it” preparation method.

I would loved have this when I tailgated every weekend back in college. What a fantastic idea to make s’mores right on the grill! A fast and easy dessert and fun to share with all of your friends.

It was our first semi-chilly night this weekend and we decided to grill out. It sounded toasty warm!

C’Man was the most anxious to try this new method and he laid out his foil, built his s’more with a big piece of chocolate and two marshmellows! Folded it up and handed it to Hubby to grill. A couple of minutes on each side.

And how it turn out? Into ooey gooey yumminess!

Melted chocolate is a little messy but that didn’t deter us!

We want you to try out S’mores for your Tailgating or Grill Out!
