Online Flashcards from

3×8 – 4×9 – 6×5. This is what you’ll likely hear in our house this summer as we drill O’Bear on his multiplication. He will be going into fifth grade and still is having problems memorizing all of his facts. It is making him fall behind so we are dedicated to working on this right now.

We have workbooks and boring paper flashcards that he hates. Today I found out about and we are going to give it a try. Online flashcards! Did you know there was such a thing?

Cram is your number one online educational resource. They have a wide selection of flashcards for you to study, memorize, test yourself on, and more. Learn a foreign language, practice your multiplication tables like we are or prepare for your MCAT by memorizing every bone in the body. Whatever it is you want to learn, Cram has you covered. It is for all ages! Cool?

You can even design your own cards! I’m thinking it would be great to do some easy bible verses for myself.

What I love is that Cram also has a large app store so O’Bear will be grabbing their free app and he can put the flashcards right on his iPod Touch. I think he will definitely be studying them now! AND he can do it on his own, without me having to quiz him. In the car, at the park, or whenever he has extra time.

I know it’s summer – at least that is what the boys tell me, as they don’t want to do school work – but I think keeping them sharp will help us start this next school year off right. It starts in a month! Time is flying!

What type of flashcard do you need at your house?

I partnered with for this post. All opinions are my own.

This is such a great idea. I’ve never heard of this one in particular, but my granddaughter has a flashcard app on her Leap Pad.
