I must be a Real Mom then, because I LOVE to eat!


Eating is my downside in life. It is what gets me into trouble – sugar, chocolate, fried. My favorites. Struggling with my weight is always something I’ve had to deal with, but as a mom it has become even harder. I don’t have time to make it a priority. Or that is my excuse anyway.

Beth knows what it is like to be a busy mom. It is unrealistic of us to spend hours in the kitchen every night! Between planning, shopping, preparing, cooking, and cleaning, the amount of time we spend with food is a lot! I would love to have guide to teach me how to make things easier ~ and fun!
